Hello Fira- You should just uninstall Nero versions from v10 and later from the Control Panel. Using CC cleaner for the uninstall could cause problems.
First, is the serial number you used for the v2015 trial installation the one that came with it's download or did you insert the v2014 serial number? The latter won't work.
